You can return unwanted items withing 14 calendar days since the day of purchase.

To return the items please ensure that the purchased goods have retained their consumer properties (have not been used or worn), the factory labels and documents (check, passport copy, tags) confirming the fact of purchase are attached to the order. 

Return policy

The purchased items must be in perfect condition (new, clean and unused) in original packaging, with all garment tags attached. The examination for defects may take place in case the item has been found defective or in any other way has lost its trade condition.

It would be very helpful of you to attach a picture of the product defect and include your order number.

Please note that all returns are handled at your own charge and the delivery cost of returning the item back to the boutique is not debited.

You can return the goods through our courier/driver or by post in case of domestic or international delivery.


The money for the returned goods is refunded the same way the payment has been carried out.

In case of a non-cash payment the money will be debited back to the card used to pay for the order.

To ensure the accuracy of the card data, please take your take to fill in the returns form correctly writing down your first, last and middle names, your bank's name, identification code (BIC), corresponding account number and the recipient's current account number.

The money transfer will take up to from 3-30 working days since receiving the goods back to store. The term of the cash refund will depend on the policies of the recipient's Bank.


The IZETA online boutique does not offer exchanges. In case of the wrong fit/color you can return the unwanted item and make a new order.
